Asiago, a slim chi with very nice manners, has ears that appear designed for flight. Had he not arrived in a car, we would have guessed he migrated here for the spring. He also has a look of authority – strong jaw, direct gaze – that turns out to be a case of resting “I want to see the manager” face. In fact, he’s a softie who will wag up to perfect strangers seeking pets and scritches. Snacks bring out next level sweetness and light, along with a very patient sit. He’s handsome, leggy, very friendly with dogs, fine with stairs and up for walkies. In short, he’s a gem of a doggo ready to make your home a place of funny business.

Asiago is very sweet and smart! Within 3 hours of arriving, he investigated every inch of the backyard, house and maneuvered the doggie door. He loved pets, cuddles and being close to his humans. With a gentle paw, he lets us know that we are not finished stroking him.
He is polite, learns quickly after two corrections and equally spends his time with his two humans. He loves his food, and he gets fed before we eat, which helps him refrain from begging.
A gentle touch, lots of love, affection and feeling safe is all he asks for. A true gem with lots to give.
