Picturesque poodle Paco Rabanne is making a splash at Muttville – this sensational senior is here for fashion week and he knows how to work it! Wooly poodly curls? Check! Charm and charisma? In spades, especially if he wants a treat. Wow factor? You know it! Paco is the total package – he’s got grace, style, and just a hint of limited vision, so he requests that you keep his catwalk free of obstructions. He doesn’t let a little vison loss get him down, Paco weaves his way effortlessly and fearlessly, because that’s how he lives his life. If you were thinking that your life could use a little bit more oomph, try adding in some Paco Rabanne. He’s certain to make everything just a bit…zestier.

Paco Rabanne is a lovely gentleman and a wonderful house guest. He is polite with everyone he meets, and puts up with things he knows are for his own benefit like eye drops and bath time. He also knows some basic commands including sit. We call him our little roomba (those funny little robot vacuums) because he has a routine of getting up and wandering / bumping around the house a bit to check things out and then eventually makes his way back to his charging port (his cozy dog bed).
He doesn’t quite have the spring to make it on and off the couch safely but he does have playful moments (he will fetch a squishy ball I have when thrown a short distance). While he has some visual impairment, it does not slow him down and he can see enough to follow me around and play fetch at short distances.
His favorite activity is lounging in the sun in my back yard. He also does a great job when I need to leave him at home for errands. Everyone who meets this lovely guy falls instantly in love, we should probably have called him Cassanova instead.
